The “CMDF Website”, herein referred to as the “CMDF Web”, is owned and operated by the CMDF, Republic of the Philippines. It is provided as a service to the Filipino people and foreign entities that have existing business in the Philippines or are interested in trading and investing in the country, consumers, and the public in general. By using the whole CMDF Web or parts of it through accessing information, materials, and data contained within the CMDF Web, the user hereby agrees to accept the following terms and conditions contained in this User Level Service Agreement (ULSA).
The user does not have to give personal information in viewing the contents of the CMDF Web and downloading forms and publications. No personal information about the user is collected unless she/he chooses to provide it, or required by a specific bureau or agency to facilitate business transaction. If the user voluntarily provides personal information, the information may be used to either transact business with the user or conduct statistical analyses of user activities to measure user interest on the information provided in the CMDF Web and how CMDF provides it. This ULSA is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The user/anyone linking to the CMDF Web consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. The user/s of the CMDF Web/anyone linking to it in jurisdictions of the courts outside of the Republic of the Philippines consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of the Philippines. Republic Act (RA) No. 8792, otherwise known as The Philippine Electronic Commerce Act of 2000, shall fully apply.
